Tonight I got to do one of those unique things that you can only do in New York: go to the Paris movie theater. A few days ago when I went to stalk Sarah Jessica Parker and the rest of the Sex and the City crew, I stood outside the Paris waiting for a glimpse. How fitting that Carrie goes to see a movie in the series when she goes on a date with the city itself. I saw Coco Avant Chanel with Audrey Tautou. It was a very good movie. I just wish it was more about her design career instead of her life before it, even though the title translates to Coco Before Chanel. Regardless, the woman was a genius. I wish it was a little more tear-jerker-ey though.
